A sweet and pretty design for a special 1st birthday celebration. Dairy, egg and nut free Chocolate Cake in the shape of a #1 was sealed with a dairy free Chocolate Ganache and then covered with rolled fondant.  A cute little teddy was handcrafted from sugarpaste and the cake was decorated with pretty sugar butterflies and blossoms. A special treat for a little one with allergies but yummy enough to share with her family and friends!
