Cookies & Cream Mud Cake with White Chocolate Ganache wrapped with a grey marble fondant, dressed with peach sugar hydrangea blossoms and finished with a modern acrylic laser cut topper.

Let’s Flamingle!

This cake was designed to reflect the features of the birthday invitation. Chocolate Mud Cake layered with pink Raspberry Ganache and covered with rolled fondant. Hand painted pink water colour stripe and gold dots with a sugar flamingo applique on the front and a sugar paste #12 and hibiscus flower to finish it off.

Matching cupcakes, marshmallow pops, cake pops and chocolate covered Oreos also created for this gorgeous ‘Let’s Flamingle’ theme.

Blush Pink & Rose Gold Crown

Caramel Mud Cake and White Chocolate Ganache covered with rolled fondant and dressed with a blush pink crown hand crafted from sugar paste and a floral rose gold monogram.

Merry Birthday Barnyard Animals

Designed to carry on the theme of ‘Merry Birthday’ for a little boy celebrating his special day at Christmas. Featuring all his favourite animals handcrafted from sugar, one with a Santa hat and one with a party hat to complete the festive scene!

Merry Birthday

The perfect blend of Christmas and Birthday for a little Christmas Baby turning 1. Chocolate Mud Cake was covered in rolled fondant and the scene of a sweet baby sleeping beneath the Christmas tree with his little party hat on was handcrafted from sugar. Christmas and  Birthday gifts were filled with candy coated chocolates as a little surprise treat.

Owl & Bunting Party Cake

An adorable design with a sweet little owl nestled amongst the trees and the bunting all ready for the party! The insides matched the outsides with Pink Strawberry and Lemon Yellow Mudcakes covered in a soft fondant and decorated with party bunting in pretty pastel shades. The trees with their blossoms and the owl were handcrafted from sugar and a stencil cut fondant #2 marked the all important occasion.

Tinker Bell

This pretty cake featured a Tinker Bell figurine perched upon a toadstool made from fondant with sweet little sugar blossoms and ladybirds scattered beneath her. Blades of grass were hand cut from sugar paste and attached to the side of the cake then finished with a dusky pink satin ribbon. An all time favourite Chocolate Mudcake lay beneath the soft lilac icing, the perfect treat for a magical fairy tea party!

Pastel Rainbow Ruffles

Designed by the birthday girl herself this cake combined all of her favourites, a double barrel Strawberry Mud Cake layered with White Chocolate Ganache, wrapped with fondant ruffles in pretty pastel shades of purple, pink and yellow and topped with a beautiful sugar rainbow and fluffy white marshmallows. Her name and age were brushed with food safe glitter to add just a little hint of sparkle for the finishing touch!

Pink & Gold Fairy Cake

Pink Strawberry Mud Cake layered with Strawberry Preserve and White Chocolate Ganache, covered with delicate fondant ruffles in ombre shades of pink and embellished with gold pearls and sugar crystals. Topped with a sweet fairy silhouette handcut from sugar and finished with pretty sugar blossoms and gold butterflies.

Mermaid Cake

This sweet little cake featured a gorgeous sparkly mermaid tail hand crafted from sugar diving into an ocean of fondant ruffles in ombre shades of blue. Beneath the waves lay Chocolate Mud Cake layered with aqua blue chocolate ganache to carry through the colour scheme.
