Number 1 was the perfect shape for this cute giraffe cake. White Vanilla Mudcake was coloured yellow and Caramel Polka Dots were added to carry the theme through from the outside in. The cake was layered with a Caramel White Chocolate Ganache then covered and decorated with soft rolled fondant. This sweet design is perfect for a 1st birthday and can be made in a variety of sizes to suit the gathering.

White Vanilla Mudcakes with pink Raspberry polka dots were carved to create the number 3 then covered with rolled fondant icing in sky blue and green as the background for Peppa’s picnic. Peppa, Teddy and their little picnic setting were handcrafted from sugar paste and the design was finished with sweet little blossoms, sunshine and fluffy white clouds. A bright and cheerful design that can be made to suit any age.

Chocolate Mud Cake layered with Vanilla and Cappuccino Ganache in shades of blue, covered with a soft gold marbled fondant highlighted with gold leaf dust and lustre. Dressed with delicate angel wings hand crafted from sugar paste to symbolize the anticipated arrival of a precious little love ‘sent from heaven’.

This cake was designed to celebrate a proposal made by a boy from Australia to a girl from Argentina. The words were symbolic of their relationship and the epic journey they have been on together since meeting, the intertwined ribbons to reflect the union of their respective heritage and the butterflies to represent the start of something new, endurance and hope for all the joy that is yet to come.
