Versace Cake (Square)

Luxurious Pink Strawberry Champagne Mud Cake layered with White Chocolate Ganache was perfect for this decadent and opulent design. Covered with rolled fondant, the side panels were quilted and trimmed with gold rhinestone. Edible images of the Versace text and logo were applied and the diamante border added a sophisticated sparkle.

Lush Red Lips

Red Velvet Mud Cake with White Chocolate Ganache carved and covered with red fondant to create a pair of lush red lips for an 18th birthday celebration. The board was finished with embossed floral fondant, and a sugar paste gold necklace with an edible birthstone garnet.

This image was taken with a champagne flute on the board just to give a sense of scale and proportion as they were very large lush red lips!

Giant Melting Popsicle Cake

A giant melting popsicle cake made with layers of Vanilla Raspberry Ripple Mud Cake, Dulce de Leche caramel and Hazelnut White Chocolate Ganache. Covered with rolled fondant and finished with hand made fondant sprinkles.

Mosaic Marble

Vanilla Butterscotch Schnapps Mud Cake with Hazelnut Ganache dressed with a combination of marbled fondant and mosaic tiles in shades of teal, charcoal and metallic highlights for a contemporary and edgy feel.

Cocktails & Neon Lights

Designed for birthday celebrations with a theme of “Cocktails are always the answer” and a rich, sultry colour scheme. Three tiers of cake: Red Velvet Mud Cake with crushed Pecan Nuts and Maple Syrup Ganache, Cookies & Cream Mud Cake with White Chocolate Ganache and Chocolate Mud Cake with Dulce de Leche Caramel and Baileys Ganache.  Covered with fondant and dressed with discs of sugar paste to match the colours on the wrap around the acrylic shell that covered the bottom tier along with the pink LED light to match the neon sign at the party.

White Vanilla Mud Cake with Apricot Preserve and Orange Ganache covered with rolled fondant and decorated with gilded sugarpaste mongrams, flourishes and flowers.

Gold Crown & Versace Border

Caramel Mud Cake layered with Nutella and White Chocolate Ganache covered with rolled black fondant. Dressed with a Versace style border and a regal gold crown handcrafted from sugar paste.

Blush Pink & Rose Gold Crown Cake

Caramel Mud Cake layered with White Chocolate Ganache covered with rolled fondant and dressed with pretty crown handcrafted from blush pink sugar paste and a rose gold floral monogram.

Jasmine Monogram Cake

Half White Vanilla Mud Cake layered with Lemon Curd and Strawberry Ganache and Half Chocolate layered with Milk Chocolate Ganache panelled with fondant and decorated with a monogram dressed with jasmine sugar flowers and gilded butterflies.
