Gluten Free Chocolate Mud Cake covered with rolled fondant icing – white on the bottom tier with edible silhouettes of basketball players and navy blue on the top tier to complement the colour scheme of the celebrations with  fondant detail to represent the basketball hoop. The design was completed with a sculpted basketball and a customised backboard then set on a base covered with fondant with a wood panel effect.

This fun cake celebrated a love of sun, sand and surfing! Each tier was covered with waves of fondant in ombre shades to represent the different elements with shortbread cookie crumbs adding a little texture and effect for the sand. Handcrafted from sugar, the surfboards and decorations were the perfect embellishments to complete the design.

A special cake created to celebrate many years dedicated to racing pigeons. White Vanilla Mud Cake layered with Strawberry Preserve and White Chocolate Ganache covered with fondant basket weave, a sculpted and hand painted pigeon, a mini cake decorated as the racing clock and a sugar rosette – 1st prize of course!

Orange Cake layered with Kumquat Preserve and Almond White Chocolate Ganache covered with rolled fondant to represent a block of wood and paired with a selection of tools sculpted and cut from chocolate and sugar paste.

Created for an avid bush walker and mountain climber these boots were carved from Caramel Mud Cake with Espresso Ganache and Lemon Mud Cake with Vanilla Ganache then covered and decorated with rolled fondant.

A life size cake version of  a Sony Stereo System complete with an edible record on a rotating turntable and audio playing the tracks of the album. The album cover and sleeve were also edible.

Just under 1 metre wide,  this full size version of the Casio CT-X800 keyboard was made entirely with chocolate mud cake, fondant and ganache and detailed with edible prints to capture an element of realism.
