Gluten free Chocolate Mud Cake with Milk Chocolate Ganache, covered with rolled fondant and dressed with sugar paste Angel wings and a decorative cross.

Handcrafted from sugar, these cute little safari animals in their hot air balloon were ready and set for an adventure in the clouds! Beneath them lay Chocolate Mud Cake covered with rolled fondant decorated with soft blue and white stripes and a pretty scalloped edge. Fondant baby blocks spelling the precious little one’s name and stencil cut text to mark the occasion completed this sweet design.

A cake of two halves but blended together as one – this  design was created for a brother and sister celebrating their joint christening, a sweet baby girl and a little man turned 3. Vanilla Mud Cake with Strawberry Preserve and Pink Ganache covered with pink and white rolled fondant and Chocolate Mud Cake with Chocolate Ganache covered with white, yellow and navy fondant.

Each cake was decorated with sugar bows and a washing line of cute sugar baby clothes for the pink box. The teddy bear, booties, dummy and train were all handcrafted from sugar.

A cake to light up the night! Chocolate Mud Cake layered with chocolate ganache, cut and stacked in the shape of a letter L then covered with rolled fondant. Finished with remote control battery operated LED lights to complete the effect. A big cake making a big statement!
