A rainbow and unicorn  cake, top forward style. Chocolate Mud cake with Nutella and White Chocolate Ganache covered with rolled fondant and decorated with a textured fondant rainbow and appliqué fondant unicorn.

A gravity defying design to trick the eye! Banana Mud Cakes layered with Vanilla Custard Ganache and covered with rolled fondant with one tier offset and giving the appearance that it’s hovering in the air.  The bottom tier was wrapped with an edible print and the top tier decorated with fondant tropical leaves. The design was finished with jungle animals hand cut from sugar paste and dusted with edible gold glitter to match the invitations.

Based on the concept of mix and match building blocks, these three cakes could all be turned around individually to show a different side. Banana Mud Cake with Caramel Ganache, Mango & White Chocolate Mud Cake with Coconut Ganache and Lemon Mud Cake with Lime & Mandarin Ganache, each covered with panels of rolled fondant and decorated with edible images and prints.

This sweet design was inspired by the birthday girl’s favourite cuddly toy. Layers of White Vanilla Mud Cake with Pink Strawberry Ganache echoed the pink and white stripe with sugar blossoms and silver sparkle to compliment the decorative elements of her styled celebrations. A cute little baby elephant hand crafted from sugar paste sat happily at the top of the tower!

A two tiered chocolate mud cake cake with a third dummy tier on the top, all covered with rolled fondant and sugarpaste decorations. The carousel on the top was on a battery operated rotating base so it turned around for an added dimension.
