‘Frozen’

This two tier design featured edible portraits of Anna & Elsa with Olaf hand crafted from sugar paste and taking centre stage on the top! Vanilla and Blueberry Swirl Mud Cake layered with White Chocolate Ganache and covered with rolled fondant.

 

Elsa Doll Cake

A modern take on a classic favourite using Elsa from Disney’s Frozen as the doll. Chocolate cake was layered and sculpted then covered with ruffled strips of fondant to form her dress flowing out behind her.

Cinderella in Pink

Another version of the classic Cinderella cake, this time all pretty in pink! The bodice was fashioned from fondant and the skirt was made from pink Strawberry Mud Cake layered with Strawberry Preserve and White Chocolate Ganache draped with fondant and finished with sparkly pink bows.

Elmo 1st Birthday Cake

Cookies & Cream Mud Cake layered with White Chocolate Ganache and covered with rolled fondant. Decorated with red polka dots, topped with Elmo and finished with building blocks all handcrafted from sugar paste.

Toot Toot Chugga Chugga Big Red Car Wiggles Cake

Chocolate Mud Cake covered with rolled fondant and decorated with The Wiggles in their Big Red Car hand crafted from sugar paste and a colourful sugar rainbow.

Emma Wiggle

White Vanilla Mud Cake with Raspberry Preserve and Lemon Ganache covered with a rolled fondant in candy pink stripes and dressed with an edible print of Emma accessorised with a 3D fondant bow.

Tinker Bell Silhouette & Fairy Dust

The dusky pink and gold colour palette worked beautifully together creating a perfect blend of magical fairy tale whimsy and sophistication for this cake. Chocolate Mud Cake layered with Chocolate Ganache, covered with rolled fondant painted with edible gold lustre and decorated with a silhouette and fairy dust cut from sugar paste.

Modern Jungle

Banana Mud Cake layered with Vanilla Custard Ganache and covered with rolled fondant. The bottom tier was wrapped with an edible print and the top tier decorated with hand cut sugar paste jungle animals painted with edible gold lustre. The design was finished with a custom made laser cut acrylic topper.

Grey Marble and Peach Hydrangea Blossoms

Cookies & Cream Mud Cake with White Chocolate Ganache wrapped with a grey marble fondant, dressed with peach sugar hydrangea blossoms and finished with a modern acrylic laser cut topper.

Let’s Flamingle!

This cake was designed to reflect the features of the birthday invitation. Chocolate Mud Cake layered with pink Raspberry Ganache and covered with rolled fondant. Hand painted pink water colour stripe and gold dots with a sugar flamingo applique on the front and a sugar paste #12 and hibiscus flower to finish it off.

Matching cupcakes, marshmallow pops, cake pops and chocolate covered Oreos also created for this gorgeous ‘Let’s Flamingle’ theme.
