‘Real in Rio’ – inspired by the opening scene of the movie Rio.

White Vanilla Mud Cake layered with Strawberry Preserve and White Chocolate Ganache covered with rolled and textured fondant. Dressed with an edible print on the bottom tier and decorated with fondant flowers, finished with a handcrafted sugar paste and edible print topper.

Designed for a young lady who loves nature and all things pretty. Textured fondant and  a whimsical edible print were embellished with butterflies, sugar flowers and foliage to create a 3D effect.

Designed to reflect a love of cute owls and reading! Apple Berry Crumble cake layered with Vanilla Custard Ganache, shaped and covered with rolled fondant feathers. The owl was set on a tree stump crafted from textured fondant and reading a book made from sugar paste and printed wafer paper.

A sweet little fairy tree house made from Strawberry Mud Cake and designed to complement the colours and styling of an Enchanted Woodland slumber party. Covered with textured fondant bark, a sugar leaf roof top and pretty sugar blossoms, toadstools and butterflies. Little micro fairy lights were thread through the moss on the base and up behind the front door to add a little touch of magic when the night time fell.

Chocolate  Mud Cake layered with Caramel Ganache and covered with rolled fondant. Dressed with edible prints, sugar paste flowers and stencil cut sugar paste text.

The top tier was on a turntable that rotated manually whilst the carousel was on a motorised turntable.

An extravagant 7 tier display for a floral princess themed birthday celebration. Chocolate Mud Cake with Raspberry Ganache, Caramel Mud Cake with Buttered Popcorn Ganache and White Vanilla Mud Cake with Strawberry Ganache covered with rolled fondant and embellished with sugar decorations and rose gold lustre.
