Petite Wedding Cake

A small and intimate celebration can still have a beautiful, elegant wedding cake and this petite design was full of charm and style. Vanilla and Raspberry Mud Cake layered with Hazelnut Ganache was covered with a soft ivory fondant and decorated with delicate sugar roses, piped pearls and fondant lace applique.

Ruffles and Roses

Delicate ruffles of ivory fondant created a beautiful soft and romantic look to this cake and the fresh cluster roses gave it a slightly vintage charm. Tiers of peppermint chocolate, white chocolate and rich chocolate mudcake ensured there would be a sweet treat to suit every guest.

5 Tier Black White & Diamante

This striking 5 tier black and white design made quite a statement with the vertical stripes further enhancing the grandeur and giving an even greater perception of height. Each tier was a different flavour; Caramel with Espresso Ganache, Chocolate Mint with Mint Choc Chip Ganache, Lemon with Lemon Curd and Raspberry Ganache, Passionfruit with Mango & Pineapple Preserve and Passionfruit Ganache and Chocolate Cherry Coconut with Black Cherry Preserve and Chocolate Ganache – as feast for the tastebuds! Covered with rolled fondant the tiers were trimmed with black satin ribbon and diamante and finished with a custom made acrylic topper.

Filigree Stencil

A beautiful refined and sophisticated design, each tier covered with rolled fondant and stencilled with a filigree pattern, white on white. Stylized wafer paper peonies with gold leaf centres added a contemporary touch and complemented the customised gold mirror laser cut topper.

Gilded Floral Print

Red Velvet Mud Cake and Chocolate Mud Cake layered with a pink coloured White Chocolate Ganache to bring the colours from the outside in. Dressed with a beautiful floral edible print in rich vibrant tones, toned with a soft pink and white rolled fondant and edged with gilded sugar leaves. Finished with a laser cut wooden topper painted with gold lustre to match the leaf trim.

Grey Marble with Gold Leaf

Smokey grey marble fondant dressed with edible gold leaf and finished with sprigs of soft gypsophila and a gold mirror topper. Guests were treated to Coconut Mud Cake with Passion Fruit Curd & Blueberry Ganache, Vanilla Mud Cake with Raspberry Preserve and Lemon Ganache and the top tier was a dairy free Mochaccino Cake with Espresso Ganache.

Dusky Pink Marble with Wild Flowers

A soft and subtle marble effect in dusky pink with gold lustre highlights dressed with pretty wild, foraged flowers and roses.

Floral Cascade

This 3 tier cake featured a double barrel bottom tier with a fondant ripple effect and a cascade of exquisite fresh flowers tumbled down the side. Trails of greenery added softness and gold lustre brought a modern touch to this majestic cake. Guests were treated to White Vanilla and Coconut Buttermilk Mud Cake layered with Lime Marmalade and White Chocolate Cheesecake and Macadamia Nut Ganache.

Black & Gold with Pops of Colour

A striking design in black and gold with pops of bold and vibrant colour. Lemon Mud Cake layered with Wild Blueberry Preserve and Lemon Ganache and covered with rolled fondant. Embellished with edible gold lustre and dressed with beautiful fresh flowers.
